How to make Strammer Max?

Ingredients

Make sure to use the correct amounts when preparing the food.

Servings (default: 4)

  • 4 thick slices of mixed bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 0.5 bunch of chives
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

Step 2

Ingredients:

4 large slices of mixed bread – 1 tbsp butter – 4 slices of cooked ham – 4 slices of Gouda cheese

Brush bread slices with butter and top with a slice of ham and cheese.

Step 3

Bake bread in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Ingredients:

4 eggs – 4 tbsp sunflower oil – 0.5 bunch of chives – salt – pepper

In the meantime, prepare the fried eggs in oil and place one fried egg on each piece of bread. Chop the chives and sprinkle with them, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
