How to make Omelette with vegetable and feta filling?

Ingredients

Make sure to use the correct amounts when preparing the food.

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 0.5 eggplant
  • 1 clove (s) of garlic
  • 50 g black olives
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 stalk (s) of basil
  • 100 g feta

Preparation

Step 1

You need:

Garlic Press

Ingredients:

4 eggs 50 ml milk pepper salt 100 g cherry tomatoes 1 zucchini 0.5 eggplant 1 clove (s) of garlic 50 g black olives

Whisk eggs with milk, pepper and salt. Halve tomatoes. Cut the zucchini and aubergine into small cubes. Peel and press the garlic. Cut the olives into small pieces.

Step 2

Ingredients:

2 tbsp oil – 2 stalk (s) of basil

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the zucchini and aubergine with the garlic. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil. Fold in tomatoes and olives.

Step 4

Ingredients:

2 tbsp oil – 100 g feta

Heat the remaining oil in another pan and fry half of the egg mixture on both sides. Place on a plate and top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with feta and close. Prepare the second omelette in the same way.
